Right from 1976, guided and inspired by Sri Sadguru Sai Shanar, his followers were active in various social service works, particularly those that helped the weaker sections of society, ie Tribals and Harijan villagers.
TREP is developed and directed by Robert (Bobji) LeVine, an American national who became the ardent follower-disciple of Sri Sadguru Sai Shankar of Ponnampet, South Kodagu District, Karnataka, India since 1973. It is with the Divine inspiration, motivation and teachings of Sri Sadguru Sai Shankar that TREP has its origin, basis and future.
